We express no opinion on the merits of the matter. The petitioners have made representations although only recently in regard to their entitlement. It is for the respondents in the first instance to consider the same.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioners'

representations dated 02.12.2015 (Annexure P-7), 13.01.2016 (Annexure P-8) and 27.01.2016 (Annexure P-9) respectively.
