(Oral) CM-1130-2025 The prayer in the present application is for impleading Legal representatives of the respondent No. 7-Mohindra Devi, who died during the pendency of the present case, being necessary and effective party and to place on record the amended memo of parties.

Keeping in view the averments enumerated in the present application, the same is allowed. Consequently, the legal representatives, whose particulars are mentioned in paragraph No .2 of the present application are impleaded as respondent No. 7(i) to 7(iii) and also the amended memo of the parties is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

In the present appeal, the challenge is to impugned judgment dated 02.07.2010 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 4510 of 1986, by which, the claim qua releasing of his land from surplus pool raised by the appellants herein has been dismissed on the ground that the order dated 27.05.1960 passed by the Collector Agrarian, Karnal, whereby, RIYA 2026.02.26 11:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

LPA-1055-2010 (O&M) the land measuring 191 Kanals 10 Marlas was declared surplus, was not challenged.

After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to avail appropriate remedy, if any, available to them in accordance with law.
