(Oral) Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction that his name be deleted from black list/Look Out Circular. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submit that petitioner has been put on Grade 'A' black list on the basis of report received from the Intelligence agencies. However, in case, any fresh application is received from the petitioner, same shall be examined as per existing rules/norms.
In view of statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, no further direction is necessary. Writ petition is hereby disposed of.
