The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.163 dated 08.05.2023 registered under Sections 406, 417, 419, 420, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Narwana City, District Jind, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.
