(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.29 dated 16.04.2025 under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 324(4), 190, 191(3) of BNS, registered at Police Station Qila Lal Singh, Batala, District Batala. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Iqbal Singh, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 10.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.06.2025, is hereby made absolute.
