**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he is working as Conductor (No. 121) in the respondent-department and posted at Palwal Depot. There is no complaint pending against him. The petitioner and one Karan Singh (No. 31) moved representation to the respondents and requested to transfer both of them on mutual basis. Many other similar situated employees had already been granted the benefit of mutual transfer with each other.

In this regard, the petitioner have given a detailed representation dated 18.12.2017 (P-1) and legal notice dated 07.07.2018 (P4) but no action has been taken till date. Notice of motion On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.
