(Oral) The Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, vide its order dated 31.01.2014 allowed the Original Application filed by the petitioner, apparently on the ground of discrimination and arbitrariness (Ref. Para-7) and issued a direction to the authorities to re-consider his claim for compassionate appointment.

In purported compliance of those directions, BSNL passed an order dated 31.05.2014 whereby the petitioner's claim has again been rejected.

The aggrieved petitioner has filed the instant writ petition.

One of the ground taken is that the authorities have not faithfully complied with the order passed by the Tribunal.

CWP No.4115 of 2015 [2] In our considered view, the petitioner is required to approach the Tribunal challenging the order dated 31.05.2014 taking all those grounds which have been pleaded before this Court.

The instant writ petition is dismissed as pre-mature at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal.
