KULDIP SINGH J. (ORAL) The claim of the petitioners is for release of interest on the delayed payment of retiral benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide the legal notice dated 28.12.2015 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order. In the circumstances, for the time being, petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Managing Director, Punjab Water Resources Management and Development Corporation Ltd. to consider and decide legal notice of 28.12.2015 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioners and dispose of the same by passing a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, and if the petitioners are found entitled to the interest as per the Government instructions, the same shall be released to them without any further recourse to this Court.
