Daya Ram Yadav, Engineer-in-Chief, Haryana, Public Health Engineering Department has been filed wherein it is stated that in compliance of directions contained in order dated 01.09.2020 (P.1) passed in CWP No.13316 of 2020, speaking order dated 18.11.2021 (R.1) has been passed. In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous. Needless to add that it would be open to the petitioner to avail of any appropriate remedy, as per law, if still aggrieved.
