A short prayer made in the present revision petition filed by the petitioners (landlords) is for the issuance of direction to the learned Lower Appellate Court/Appellate Authority to decide the Rent Appeal No.109 of 2019, titled as, "Sh. Gurcharan Singh and another vs. The Cosmetic Box, Partnership Firm and others", expeditiously, or in some time bound period. 2.

Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Lower Appellate Authority to decide the appeal, referred herein-above, within some stipulated time. 3.

Considering the submissions addressed by counsel for the petitioners (landlords), learned Lower Appellate Court/Appellate Authority i.e. learned Addl. District Judge, Chandigarh, is directed to decided the aforesaid appeal expeditiously, if possible & convenient, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to say that the said appeal would be disposed of by following the due process of law.
