The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of the restricted functioning of the Courts. 2.
As per the statements of the learned counsel for the parties, respectively, made before this Bench, it has been agreed that a sum of 17,50,000/- (Seventeen Lacs Fifty Thousand only) over and above the ₹ amount awarded by the Tribunal shall be paid to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal, by the Insurance Company. As per the statement of the learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount shall be paid to the appellants, within a period of 45 days. 3.
Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for 17,50,000/- in the ₹ DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.08.19 15:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
F.A.O. No. 6672 of 2011 (O&M) name of the appellants with the office of the Lok Adalat at the High Court, in compliance of this order. The amount is to be distributed in the same proportion, as directed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, within a period of 45 days, failing which, the amount shall be recoverable with an interest @ 9% per annum till payment from the date of this order. 4.
The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/Office shall, after receiving the cheque, issue a proper receipt to the learned counsel/representative of the respondent-Insurance Company. The appellant's counsel/appellant(s) may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat.

A copy of this order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
