***** JASPAL SINGH, J Through instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the retiral benefit by recalculating the days of earned leave by considering the entire service rendered by petitioner including Adhoc service period i.e. from 24.10.1994 to his regularization dated 01.10.2003 and further till his retirement dated 31.07.2014 along with 18% interest and all consequential benefits. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P-3), within a stipulated period. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-The Sonika 2018.02.03 13:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.2272 OF 2018 --2-- Director, Elementary Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Panchkula (Haryana) to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in representation dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P-3) and to take a conscious decision, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
