Through the instant petition, prayer is made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in FIR No.100 dated 02.09.2023, under Sections 454, 427, 436, 336, 148, 149, 506, 120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. City-II, Abohar.

Before the learned counsel for the petitioner could open his arguments, the learned State counsel, who is in receipt of advance notice, informed this Court that the petitioner is not an accused in the present FIR and the investigating agency has no intention to arrest him in the present FIR.

In view of this submission, as made by the learned State counsel on instructions from A.S.I. Sukhmandar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the instant petition at this stage, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioner DEVINDER YADAV 2024.07.25 09:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-35011-2024 to re-access this Court, in case he apprehends his arrest in the present FIR in future.
