(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.062 dated 02.03.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420, 384, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Civil Lines, District Jind. State counsel has filed a copy of status report by way of an affidavit of Additional Superintendent of Police, Jind, in compliance of the order dated 08.10.2021, wherein, (in para 16), it has been submitted that accused-petitioner has been arrested on 18.10.2021 and the petition has become infructuous.
