To be referred to the Reporters or not?
2.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J. (Oral) Mr.Saurabh Arora states, on instructions from his clients, that the writ petition has become infructuous on account of monetary relief of entire service rendered by them having been granted. Therefore, the speaking order dated August 11, 2015 [R-1/2] will be read in lines with the relief granted and the ambiguities therein with respect to the first year of service shall stand resolved in the case of the petitioners, with the result that the first year's service stands merged with the remaining service, which will be counted as qualifying service for the purpose of pension.
Disposed of accordingly.
