Petitioner (Punam Malik) has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of impugned order dated 16.06.2023 (Annexure P-20), whereby the post of Secretary, State Agriculture Marketing Board is being filed by/through Deputation, so as to curtail the rights of petitioner. A further prayer has been made for quashing of order dated 17.07.2023 (Annexure P-21), whereby the rights of petitioner in State Agriculture Marketing Board have been terminated, while the petitioner was on Deputation in complete disregard to order dated 13.09.2018 (Annexure P-7) passed by this Court in CWP No.11806 of 2015.
