Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction upon the respondents No.1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 09.07.2024, as made by him against the private respondents. 2.

The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police concerned, to evaluate as to whether the threat, as alleged by the petitioner in the representation (supra), genuinely exists. In case, there is any threat to the lives and liberty of the petitioner and his wife, the respondent No.2 shall take appropriate action warranted under law and ensure that no harm is caused to them.
