(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the report of respondent No.6 dated 09.04.2021 as null and void being bad in law and for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 6 to conduct the demarcation of the said land. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite repeated requests made to the authorities for demarcation as prayed for, same has not been carried out. The notice has been issued in this case. Learned State counsel has submitted before this Court that the demarcation as prayed for has already been conducted, but till date the report of the same has not been provided to the petitioner. After hearing counsel for the parties, as it is submitted before GEETA RANI 2023.11.24 11:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-21206-2021 (O&M) -2- 2023:PHHC:149069 this Court that demarcation has been conducted, but the petitioner has not received the report, therefore, the petitioner is directed to go to the office of respondent No.5 within seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondent No.5 would provide it the demarcation report carried out by them. The petitioner is at liberty to avail its remedies in case any further cause of action arises.
