1. The petitioner who had done a diploma from OPJS University, Churu, Rajasthan seeks issuance of directions to respondents for registering him with respondent No.2-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana.

2. It is contended that although representation dated 17.5.2023 (Annexure P-10) had also been submitted but to no avail.

3. Notice of motion.

4. At this stage, Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of respondents and accepts notice.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Haryana State Pharmacy MOHAN SINGH 2023.07.31 19:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
