***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking emergency parole on the ground that he is seriously ill having suffered a paralysis attack. According to him, order, Annexure P-1 passed by the authority is arbitrary as relevant factors have not been taken into consideration. On a query being put to learned State counsel about the aforesaid contention, no clear answer is forthcoming. In view of the above, impugned order, Annexure P-1, is hereby set aside. Matter is remitted to the same authority for a decision afresh as per law. Disposed of.
