The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking quashing of FIR No.204 dated 15.04.2025 under Sections 190,191(3), 115, 118(2), 126, 324(4), 351(2) BNS (erstwhile Sections 149, 148, 323, 326, 427, 506 IPC, 1860) registered at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal, Haryana on the basis of compromise.  2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh in order to implead all affected persons as respondent party.

The prayer so made is allowed.
