(Oral) Petitioners are seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant them minimum of the regular pay scale of the post on which they are working, in view of the instructions dated 06.03.2018 (P-9), notification dated 03.11.2017 (P-7) and in view of judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India in a case of State of Punjab and others vs. Jagjit Singh and others, 2016 (4) SCT 641 In this regard, petitioner has given a detailed representation dated 27.03.2018 (P-8) but till date no action has been taken. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Nidhi Garg, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.
