The present appeal was filed by the Management impugning the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The challenge before the learned Single Judge was to the award of the Industrial Tribunal pertaining to a dispute raised by the Workers' Union. The appeal is already admitted.
The present application has been filed praying for disposal of the appeal in terms of settlement dated 23.12.2016 arrived at between the Management and Workers' Union. Copy thereof has been annexed with the application as Annexure A-1. The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Workers' Union does not dispute the aforesaid fact of settlement.
