Present writ petition is for fixing pay pro-rata pension of the husband of the petitioner form the date of his retirement for the services rendered by him for about 14 years on the post of Junior Engineer with the respondent-Board.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had been making repeated representations and her latest representation is dated 18.12.2017 (Annexure P10), but still no action has been taken thereon. In view of the controversy involved in this matter and in lieu of issuing any notice to the respondents, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into the representation dated 18.12.2017 (Annexure P10) and take required action thereon in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Praduman Kumar Jain v. Union of India 1994(4) S.C.T. 312 and also the judgment rendered DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.10.11 15:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
