KULDIP SINGH J. (ORAL) The claim of the petitioner is for release of interest on the delayed payment of retiral benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide the legal notice dated 10.12.2015 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order.

In the circumstances, for the time being petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Managing Director, Punjab Water Resources Management and Development Corporation Ltd. to consider and decide the legal notice dated 10.12.2015 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, and if the petitioner is found entitled to the interest as per the Government instructions, the same shall be released to him without any further recourse to this Court.
