This writ petition of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitioner-Mohanmad Moosa alleging that the alleged detenues, mentioned in para 3 of the petition, working at the brick kiln of private respondents have been illegally detained.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach competent authority as per provisions of The Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.
