(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 19.04.2023 passed by the Executing Court-cum-Addl. District Judge, Jalandhar whereby petitioner has been directed to furnish the complete particulars of other legal heirs who succeeded the estate of deceased-Ranjit Singh.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with a liberty to file a better application giving complete particulars of the natural heirs of deceased-Ranjit Singh. On his doing so, the learned Executing Court shall consider the aspect of release of compensation amount in favour of applicant-petitioner subject to his furnishing of indemnity bonds in the like amount so that in case, the other natural heirs come forward and raise any dispute about apportionment, their rights are protected.
