Mr. Nakul Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.5. **** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to restore possession of the property in question to her. It is contended that the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the respondents and implicated in a false FIR.

During the pendency of this case, investigation pursuant to the FIR was conducted. Stand of the State is that investigation is now complete and final report is likely to be filed before the competent court shortly. As regards possession, stand of petitioner as well as respondent No.5 is at variance and civil proceedings are pending regarding the same. This court, thus, does not intend to express any opinion on this question. State shall, however, file its final report before the competent court expeditiously, in any case, not later than 02 weeks. Petition is disposed of.
