The list of documents is taken on record as Mark 'A'. A copy of is supplied to the counsel opposite.

Both learned counsel for the petitioners, do not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant petitions, are dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

It goes without saying that, if any, undertaking has been given by the petitioners with regard to payment of fee, the respondent no.3-Institute, is at liberty to take all possible legal remedies as available to them under law.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
