(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- ''Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India in the nature of certiorari/mandamus be issued quashing/declaring as illegal the impugned action on the part of the respondents due to w hich the case of petitioner for joining back his service with the respondent state is being delayed and it is further prayed that necessary directions be issued to the respondents to do the needful so that the petitioner may be taken back in service with respondent State forthwith.

AND/OR Any other appropriate writ, order or direction be issued to the respondents and in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of

As per stand taken in the reply, the petitioner has already been allowed to join back to his parental department in Panchkula, vide order dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure R-1), thus, grievance of petitioner has been redressed.

At this stage, Mr. Sajjan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that entries made by the school for the service period, for which, the petitioner has remained in U.T. Chandigarh, have been cancelled.

In my view, viz-a-viz the aforesaid grievance, there is no prayer in present writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek vindication of his grievance, in accordance with law.
