***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that Rasta No. 238 in the village has been encroached upon by the railway authorities. According to him, a legal notice dated 31.08.2015, Annexure P-6, had already been served on the respondents. However, no decision has been taken thereon. Respondents No.2 and 4 are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps as required in the facts and circumstances of the case.

This petition is disposed of in these terms.
