The present petition has been filed seeking initiation of proceedings against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 14.05.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-15061-2026. 2.
The operative part of the order dated 14.05.2026 reads as under:

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to treat the present writ petition as a comprehensive representation and to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, strictly keeping in view the provisions of the Haryana Punishment and Appeal Rules, 2016 as applicable to employees protected under the Haryana Contractual Employees (Security HARISH KUMAR 2026.07.03 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
COCP-2812-2026 (O&M) -2of Service) Act, 2024, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

It is further observed that the respondents shall adhere to the procedure prescribed under the applicable statutory rules and shall not keep the petitioner out of service or deprive her of service benefits without following due process of law and principles of natural justice. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith." 3.
On notice having been issued, Mr. Vikrant Pamboo, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent-contemnor and on instructions from Ms. Suman Ratra, Estate Officer, submits that in deference to the order dated 14.05.2026, the petitioner has joined duty on 01.07.2026. He has produced a copy of her joining report, which is taken on record. A copy thereof stands furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

After confirming the aforesaid fact by receiving telephonic instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no grievance survives and hence, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 5.
Dismissed as withdrawn.

Rule stands discharged.
