(Oral) On May 01, 2015, the statement was made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the matter had been resolved with the State Government in a meeting held on 18.05.2011. It was thus submitted that the Letters Patent Appeal (LPA) No. 1186 of 2010 has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. However, learned State counsel had sought time to seek instructions. 2.

Today, learned State counsel submits that he has not been able to get the requisite instructions. However, he states that the instant LPA may be disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the appellants to move an application for revival of the appeal, in case, something survives therein. 3.

Disposed of as infructuous. It shall, however, be open to the appellants to move an application for revival of the instant appeal, if need so arises.

This order shall also dispose of all the Civil Miscellaneous Applications.
