On our asking, Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, there is no necessity to call upon the respondents to file their reply/affidavit at this stage.

(2) The petitioners claim themselves to be the bona fide residents of village Picholia, Block Nissing, District Karnal. Their case is that the BDPO vide memo dated 15.12.2015 (P2) asked the Panchayat Secretary of their village (Sukhdev Singh) to verify the list of all the voters and submit the form. In response thereto, the petitioners (29 in nos.) applied and their names were also forwarded by the Panchayat Secretary.         been taken for their inclusion or exclusion in the Voter-List and the election is scheduled to be held on 17.01.2016 that the petitioners have approached this Court.

(3) Heard learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any views on merit of the petitioners' entitlement, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondents No.3&4 to ascertain correct facts and take a decision on the fate of petitioners' entitlement for their inclusion or exclusion in the Electoral Roll, within three days.
