Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for directing the official respondents to protect the life, liberty and property rights of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents, who are continuously harassing, threatening and interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner, despite the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21995-2023. Further prayer has been made to decide the representation dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) before respondents No.2 and 3 but the same has not been taken into consideration by the said respondents till date. After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar, Punjab is directed to decide the representation dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
