This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who is in custoday in case FIR No.124 dated 02.03.2018 registered under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC at Police Station City Rohtak, District Rohtak.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that petitioner herein does not deserve regular bail as he has been charged under Section 304-B IPC, while further submitting that proceedings have been concluded and the matter is now fixed for final order. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Since the proceedings have been concluded and the matter is now fixed for final order, no useful purpose would be served in allowing the petitioner to be released on bail. Consequently, the petition stands dismissed.
