Learned counsel for the State has produced detailed Marks obtained by petitioner No.2-Rakesh Kumar, in a sealed cover. The same has been opened, perused and on comparison with cut off 89, petitioner No.2, has obtained 76 marks, therefore, has not been able to come within the zone of consideration.
