Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the petitioner in the present case has been declared a proclaimed offender. Learned State counsel has relied upon the judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the cases of Prem Shankar Prasad Vs. State of Bihar & Anr. [2021 (4) RCR (Criminal) 598] and State of Madhya Pradesh Vs. Pradeep Sharma [2014 (1) RCR (Criminal) 269] to contend that a proclaimed offender was not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the PO proceedings have separately been challenged and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Permitted to do so. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
