In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the charge-memo dated 10.11.2010 (Annexure P-1), order dated 25.10.2016 (Annexure P-10) and order dated 14.03.2017 (Anneuxre P-12).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the concerned authorities.
