(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that her husband joined as a work charge on 01.01.1968 in the respondent-department and was regularly working as a work charge w.e.f 01.01.1968 to 14.02.1980. Her husband was brought on regular establishment on 14.02.1980 on the basis of notification issued by the Government of Haryana. The husband of the petitioner expired on 16.04.1995 during the tenure of service and thus, petitioner submitted the pension paper in the month of July, 1995 but nothing has been paid to the petitioner. She has served a legal notice dated 09.09.2013 for realizing the arrears of revised pensionary benefits i.e family pension, gratuity, leave encashment etc and further to count the work charge service of the GAURAV ARORA 2016.02.29 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 3413 of 2016 -2husband of the petitioner w.e.f 01.01.1968 to 14.02.1980 for the purpose of pensionary benefits with all consequential relief but till date no action has been taken by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 09.09.2013 (P-8) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order expeditiously, in accordance with law, within a period of three month's and thereafter, a compliance report be sent to this Cout.
