)) + % Present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 30.09.2020 (P45) passed by the Deputy Collector, Barnala i.e. respondent no.2, whereby show cause notice (P44) dated 21.10.2019 has been issued after retirement of petitioner and 70% recovery of amount of Rs.2,63,538/4 is ordered to be made from the pension account of the petitioner by deducting 27.30% of the pension amount for the next two years which will amount to Rs.7,686.54/4 per month (total Rs.1,84,477/4) being arbitrary and illegal; further for directing the respondents not to harass and humiliate the petitioner and to stay the operation/implementation of the order dated 30.09.2020 (P45) during the pendency of writ petition. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty file fresh one with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
