**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regular joint time table on Muktsar to Amritsar via Sadiq, Ferozepur, Zira, Makhu, Harikey, Taran- Taran route has not been approved, except a portion from Ferozepur to Muktsar. Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already represented to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority and General Manager, Punjab Roadways, Ferozepur vide legal notice dated 21.07.2022.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case her legal notice is directed to be decided by the competent authority i.e. the respondent by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that 20.09.2022 is the date fixed for approval of the regular joint time table for which even petitioner has been summoned for the date fixed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to finalize the process of approval in accordance with law on the date fixed. Petitioner shall be at liberty to participate in the process of finalization. Decision, if any in respect of approval of the aforesaid regular joint time table shall be without being influenced by any statement of fact made hereinabove.
