**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that order dated 09.12.2021 passed by the respondent has not been conveyed to the petitioner despite the fact that the order is in favour of the petitioner.

The issue is in respect of grant of permit of route Ferozepur to Hoshiarpur and the same has to be released in view of proceedings dated 09.12.2021.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. R.S. Pandher, Sr. D.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that needful in the context of proceedings dated 09.12.2021 shall be done by the respondent within a period of two weeks.
