HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Reply on behalf of the respondents-State has been filed wherein it is averred that order dated 13.11.2019 passed by this Court in CWP No. 18742 of 2019 has been complied with. Inquiry against the petitioner has been concluded vide which he has been imposed punishment under Rule 8 of Haryana Civil Services ( Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016 and various retrial benefits due to the petitioner have been released. In view thereof, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it would be open for the petitioner to avail any other appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if so aggrieved.
