(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.75 dated 16.04.2019 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 08.11.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
