Mr. Charanpreet Singh, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4 and 6 and waives service. At the asking of the Court, he accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.5 also and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.6 to decide the pending application for entry of mutation by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
