The petitioners allege that private respondents have encroached upon the land of the village pond comprised in Khewat No.346/291, 292, Khatauni No.578, Khasra No.81 min 24k-10m and khasra No.80, 2 kanal Gair Mumkin Chhappar situated in village Tibbi Kalan, Tehsil Mamdot, District Ferozepur. They, thus, seek a direction to the official respondents to evict the private respondents from the land.
