***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.585 dated 29.09.2018, registered under Sections 120-B, 148, 149, 201 and 302 of IPC at Police Station Safidon, District Jind, Haryana. The allegations against the petitioner are that he being one of the relatives of the complainant played active role in the occurrence leading to murder of Pinki, who was married to Mahipal. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Earlier FIR under Section 498-A, 323 and 34 IPC was registered against the family members of Mahipal. CRM-M No.33951 of 2019(O&M) -2time, the property of Mahipal was transferred in the name of children namely Anshul and Jai @ Prince.

Further allegations are that the petitioner brought one woman from somewhere and from whom one son also took birth and thereafter, she was eliminated and her whereabouts could not be known despite a complaint moved by the deceased Pinki in the police station. A close relative of husband namely Ajeet i.e. son of her sister-in-law tried to molest the deceased in order to defame her. The aforesaid Ajeet is alleged to be active member of conspiracy in addition to the petitioner. The dead body of the deceased was found near a Kotha/Dhaba owned by the petitioner.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Subhash Chand states that challan has already been presented and charges have been framed.

In view of above, no ground is made out for granting any indulgence for regular bail to the petitioner.
