(Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that compromise has been effected between the parties and both the applicant as well as respondent are residing together. Copy of Memorandum of Understanding has been filed today by the counsel for the respondent, which is taken on record. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, counsel for the respondent submits at Bar that, the respondent or his counsel shall withdraw the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, before the court below, on the next date of hearing i.e. 06.11.2024.

In view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant, at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
