(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate the case by constituting a special investigation team of some higher officials in a case FIR No.67, dated 19.05.2025, under Sections 118(1) 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar. Perusal of the paperbook shows that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed representation dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

In view of the prayer made in the present petitioner, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 i.e. Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law.
